3.1 Payment Methods

det88 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These methods are compatible with all major mobile financial services in Bangladesh, making transactions easy and fast. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 would earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement is set by det88 and is stated in the applicable terms at the time the bonus is claimed.

det88's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. Additional benefits and special offers are provided at each tier. VIP benefits are at det88's discretion and may change at any time.

6.1 Fair Play

det88 ensures that the outcome of all games is determined impartially through fair play technology. There is no possibility of manipulating the result of any game.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any attempt to defraud, hack, or carry out any form of cyber attack on the platform.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, only that clause will be voided — all remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
